Project Description
The Rotary Club of Chitwan distributed educational and sports materials to all 55 students of Shree Teenkanya Basic School as part of its ongoing commitment to promoting quality basic education.
Students received essential stationery items along with sports equipment to support both their academic learning and physical development.
The programme aimed to encourage reading habits, strengthen basic literacy, and provide students with the learning tools needed to improve their educational outcomes. The sports materials were provided to promote physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, confidence and overall child development.
Recognising that education extends beyond the classroom, Rotary Club of Chitwan believes that access to educational resources and opportunities for physical activity are equally important in helping children reach their full potential.
School Principal Khum Raj Susling expressed gratitude to the club, stating that the support would significantly contribute to improving students' learning environment and motivation.
Through initiatives like this, Rotary Club of Chitwan continues to invest in the future of children by supporting education, literacy and youth development in rural communities.
