Plantation Of Memory International Edition

As part of Rotary's commitment to environmental sustainability and basic education, Rotary Club of Birtamode Midtown successfully conducted a Joint International Service Project in collaboration with Rotary Club of Siliguri Metropolitan on July 29, 2026.

The project focused on two impactful initiatives: tree plantation to promote environmental conservation and stationery distribution to primary school students to support their educational journey. By planting trees, the clubs contributed towards creating a greener and healthier environment for future generations. Simultaneously, essential stationery materials were distributed to young students, encouraging learning and helping provide them with the resources necessary for their academic development.

This collaborative initiative reflected the true spirit of international fellowship and Rotary's ideal of "Service Above Self." The project strengthened the bond between the two Rotary clubs while creating a meaningful impact on both the community and the environment.
