Project Description
Rotary Club of Butwal Downtown organized a Road Divider
Flower Tree Plantation and Maintenance Program along the
Siddhartha Highway from Milan Chowk to Finance Chowk,
Butwal. Club members planted flowering trees, maintained the
existing greenery, and installed Rotary signboards to promote
environmental awareness and strengthen the public image of
Rotary. The program contributed to making one of the city's
busiest road sections cleaner, greener, and more attractive.
Specialty:
Flower tree plantation and maintenance.
Rotary branding through hoarding boards.
Budget: NPR 15,000
Beneficiary Profile:Around 1,000 daily travelers and local
residents.
Impact/Outcome:
• Enhanced roadside greenery, improved city
