Dear Fellow Rotarians,

Welcome to the first issue of the Governor's Monthly Letter (GML) for Rotary Year 2026–27. It is an honor to serve as Editor, and I sincerely thank District Governor Rtn. Vishnu Bahadur Karkee for his trust, confidence, and guidance as we begin this Rotary year.

I also extend my heartfelt appreciation to our District Secretaries, Rtn. Gautam Shrestha, Rtn. Laxman Gyawali, and every member of the Publication and GML Sub-Committee for their support, coordination, dedication, and teamwork.

The GML is more than a newsletter; it is our district's official chronicle. It connects clubs, celebrates achievements, shares ideas, recognizes service, and inspires meaningful action. Through it, every project, life touched, and story shared becomes part of our collective legacy.

This Rotary year, guided by "Create Lasting Impact," we are called to go beyond completing projects and create sustainable change, stronger communities, meaningful partnerships, and a legacy for future generations. Lasting impact grows through compassion, integrity, collaboration, and consistent service.

District Governor Vishnu Bahadur Karkee reminds us that "Life is Beautiful in Rotary." These words reflect a journey enriched by friendship, fellowship, learning, leadership, and service. Rotary's beauty lies in the smiles we create, hope we restore, and relationships we build while serving our communities.

As we begin this Rotary year, I encourage every club to share its projects, success stories, innovations, and experiences. Your contributions will make the GML a vibrant reflection of Rotary in action across District 3292 and inspire greater service.

I wish every Rotarian, Rotaractor, Interactor, and club a successful Rotary year. Let us work together with innovation, continuity, and partnership to strengthen Rotary, serve our communities, and truly Create Lasting Impact.

Life is Beautiful in Rotary. Let us make it even more beautiful through service.
